Agreement

By using AltZ.coach you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. AltZ.coach is operated by AltZ.

Your account

You sign in with Google, so there is no password for us to hold. One account is one person — it is shared across every AltZ site so that what you buy and what you complete follow you, and it is not to be shared with anyone else.

We may suspend an account that is used to scrape the site, attack it, or redistribute paid material.

What you are buying

• Services delivered by a person. Scope, schedule and deliverables are whatever we agree in writing before the work starts.

Access is for you. Sharing an account, or republishing course material, ends the access without a refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay and include tax where we are required to charge it.

Refunds — 14 days, no questions asked

If you are unhappy with a purchase, email support@altz.biz within 14 days and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and access ends when the refund is issued. For services already delivered, we refund the portion not yet performed.

If you are in the EU or UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because access is granted immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to that and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins.

Our 14-day refund above applies regardless, so in practice you are no worse off.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular result for you. Advice and services are given in good faith and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AltZ.coach is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Our material

Course content, writing, graphics and code on AltZ.coach belong to AltZ unless stated otherwise. Buying access does not transfer ownership, and does not permit redistribution or derivative works without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes affecting something you have already bought will not be applied retroactively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and disputes fall to the courts located there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.
